McDonald Surface Cleaning is fully insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property during service, any claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by hidden defects in surfaces, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poweshiek County, Iowa.
